If for some reason, your order is not delivered or is damaged in transit, we will ship you the replacement or issue you a full refund as per your request. If however, you received a partial order, we will issue you a full refund, and then charged only for the product (s) you received.

Please allow 30 business days from the day the order was shipped. If after 30 days, you have not received the order, or if you received any notification that your order was on hold or returned to sender, please send us a ticket (contact us) and we act on your request promptly.

Please note that if the ordered product is not available with us, we will update you with the order status. There will be issued full refund in the similar case, or you can purchase anything else in that case.

If for some reasons, you are not satisfied with the quality of the products, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the products and we will issue a free reshipment or refund for that product. Queries receiving after 5 days of delivery will not be entertain.

To be eligible for a return,

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received Your returned Item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
