INGREDIENTS

  •  2 packs Maggi
  •  1 Onion - large diced
  •  1 Capsicum - large diced
  •  1 Carrot - large diced
  •  1/2 cup Peas
  •  1/2 cup Cabbage - chopped
  •  Salt - as needed
  •  1 tsp. Chili sauce
  •  1 tsp. Soy sauce
  •  1 tbsp. Tomato sauce
  •  1 tsp. Oregano or any pizza seasoning
  •  1 tbsp.Oil        

INSTRUCTIONS

1.    Heat oil in a wok and sauté all the vegetables for 2 minutes.

2.    Add magi masala and pizza seasoning along with chili sauce, soy sauce and tomato sauce and stir well.

3.    Add broken maggi noodles and water as required. The water should be till the circumference of the noodles.

4.    Adjust salt as needed and bring the noodles to a boil. This may take 2-3 minutes.

5.    Keep stirring in regular intervals and cook till semi dry.

6.    Serve hot!
